Construtora Pacaembu, in partnership with P&IT Solution, is advancing the digital transformation of its Organizational Development management with the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud. The “Digital Advancement” project encompasses the company’s entire digital transformation. Following the success of GoLive on October 1st, with the activation of the HR Core and Recruiting modules, the company is now continuing with the implementation of the Talent Management and Learning modules, aiming to further optimize its talent management and training operations
The project, which is a significant milestone in the modernization of Pacaembu’s HR processes, has been led by IT executive Ricardo Andrade and Director of Organizational Development Bianca Fort, whose tireless work and leadership have been fundamental to the success of implementations to date.
